Q. What are your hourly rates?
A. We currently charge $105. /hr. If a call takes more than 2 hours
we recommend you ask for an estimate. Most larger jobs will
require an agreement with a signed contract or a cost plus job.*

A. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Q. Can we purchase our plumbing supplies, parts and fixtures
from you?
A. Yes, we have a large selection of plumbing supplies and parts
in stock. Most popular brands of fixtures can be ordered and we
take delivery the next day from our delivery source that comes
to Key West from the mainland every day.
Q. What does an estimate entail?
A. Our estimates are free. We schedule an appointment to meet with
you and then prepare a written proposal based on the scope of work
that needs to be done.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and provide certificates of our
insurances and copies of our licenses are readily available upon request.
Q. Are we able to work with absentee owners?
A. A large percentage of our customers prefer to have work done
when they are away and we can and will work with you once the
contract is signed and we have billing information for you at your
other residence. We would need access through your caretaker or
other sources as deemed.
